Henson Shaving Wholesale Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all wholesale partnerships with Henson Shaving and govern the sale, promotion, and representation of our products by authorized resellers (“Partner”). By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Authorized Sales Channels
Partners are authorized to sell Henson Shaving products in their own physical retail locations and/or through their own branded website. Selling on Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, or other third-party marketplaces is strictly prohibited.
2. Pricing Policy
To maintain brand value and retail consistency, please see the MAP policy below.
3. Brand Representation & Assets
To ensure consistency and protect brand integrity:
All online or offline promotional materials featuring Henson Shaving products must use official brand images provided by Henson Shaving.Partners may not create or distribute their own marketing materials featuring altered branding, or product renderings, without written approval.
4. Advertising & Claims
Partners must not make unsubstantiated, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Henson Shaving products.
Examples include but are not limited to:

Health-related claims (e.g., “cures skin conditions,” or “heals razor burn instantly,)

False performance guarantees
All product benefits promoted must be truthful, responsible, and aligned with provided marketing language.
5. Warranties & Guarantees
Henson Shaving offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all razors. This warranty remains valid for all razors sold through authorized wholesale partners and applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Our 100-day satisfaction guarantee does not extend to wholesale or retail partner purchases. Any customer-facing satisfaction or return policies beyond warranty claims are solely at the discretion of the retailer and must be handled by the retail partner at their own cost.
If a customer contacts Henson Shaving directly regarding a product purchased through a retailer, we will refer them back to the original point of sale for resolution.
6. Distributor Responsibility
As a Henson Shaving distributor, you are responsible for ensuring that all of your retail customers are aware of and comply with Henson Shaving’s Wholesale Terms & Conditions above. Distributors must actively communicate and enforce these policies with their customers.
7. Termination
Violation of these terms may result in termination of wholesale privileges without notice. Henson Shaving reserves the right to revoke wholesale access if a partner is found in breach of this agreement.
8. Updates
We may revise these terms from time to time. Wholesale partners can find current Terms & Conditions in their wholesale portal and continued ordering implies agreement to the most recent version.
