This Agreement outlines the terms for affiliates (“Affiliate”) who promote Henson Shaving products through a unique QR code and/or discount code. Affiliates are compensated for sales driven directly through their assigned code.
1. Independent Contractor Status
Affiliate is an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship. Affiliate is solely responsible for taxes, expenses, and compliance with applicable laws.
2. Term & Termination
This Agreement will continue until terminated by either party.
Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice.
The Company may terminate immediately in cases of breach, including but not limited to misuse of codes, brand misrepresentation, or fraudulent activity.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliate will earn a 30% commission on all sales (razors, blades, bundles, accessories) generated through their assigned code or QR code. Commission is not paid on taxes or shipping fees.
Commission applies to every order placed using the Affiliate’s code, not just the first order.
Henson Shaving reserves the right to change the discounts offered to the Affiliates customers at any time
Note: Commission treatment in the event of customer refunds/returns is subject to final clarification by the Company. Affiliates will be notified in writing once the policy is determined.
4. Payouts
Each Affiliate will be assigned a unique discount code and QR code.
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid once per month.
Payment methods: ACH (U.S.) or eTransfer (Canada).
No minimum payout threshold applies.
5. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Henson Shaving through:
Personal and corporate social media accounts
Email newsletters
In-store displays
Word of mouth
Affiliates may not:
Run paid advertisements (Google, Facebook, etc.) using the Company’s brand name, trademarks, or products
Misrepresent the Company, its products, or make false claims
Affiliate codes are for your customers and audience only. To protect the integrity of our program, codes may not be shared on coupon, deal-sharing, or discount aggregation sites. If a code is discovered on one of these sites, it will be immediately deactivated, and your participation in the program may be terminated at Henson Shaving’s discretion.

6. Brand Assets
Affiliates must use official logos and images provided by the Company.
Affiliates may create their own copy/text, provided it is accurate, honest, and aligned with the Company’s brand values.
7. Geographic Scope
This Affiliate Program is currently open to Affiliates operating in Canada and the United States only.
8. Liability
Affiliate is solely responsible for ensuring their promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising disclosures and anti-spam laws.
The Company is not liable for Affiliate’s promotional activities.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
10. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and Affiliate, superseding all prior discussions or agreements.
